According to the brand's official website, their concept is as follows: "Always pursuing sexy femininity based on a luxurious, glamorous style. A brand that continues to channel women's feelings of 'I want to be cool and beautiful forever', and to always challenge fashion"[1].
History[]
EGOIST was founded by Kazuya Kito in 1994, with their Shibuya 109 store opening in 1999. Sales within their Shibuya 109 store grew with popular saleswomen such as Yoco Morimoto and Reiko Nakane. They later opened stores in Lumine Shinjuku and Parco Ikebukuro.
