Lhouraii Li, also known as Ligyaru, is a gaijin gyaru known for being the host of 'The Gaijin Gyaru Awards' and appearing on multiple TV shows for her doll-like appearance, which later was combined with blue skin. She also makes and sells press on nails, having done so for over a decade.
